In Gothenburg, Recovery Lab has built a recovery center where the entire offering relies on a single supplier – a cohesive system where each technology plays a clear role in a larger whole, instead of a patchwork of brands.

The foundation consists of five technologies from Lyfe Nordic: PowerCab for cryotherapy, Red Light Pod Pro for red light therapy, MITOVIT for altitude simulation, Mana 1.0 for cold plunge, and Hyperpod for oxygen therapy. Together they cover the full spectrum of modern recovery – from the cellular level to breathing, from cold to performance – letting members tailor their own recovery journey under one roof.

The first choice for elite athletes

Recovery Lab caters to everyone who takes their recovery seriously – from the dedicated fitness enthusiast to someone just starting their health journey. But it's as a meeting point for elite athletes that the center has truly established itself: players from the Allsvenskan and the NHL, combat sports athletes, and other professional athletes are among those who regularly use Recovery Lab's offering as a natural part of their performance development. For them, the choice of equipment is no small detail – it has to match the same level as the rest of their training, and that's one of the reasons Recovery Lab built its entire offering around Lyfe Nordic's technologies.

A relationship that became a partnership

The connection was born through a recommendation from Primal Health in Halmstad and quickly became something more than a typical supplier relationship. Co-founder Ronnie Borelius describes how, already at the first meeting in Malmö, it felt like an obvious choice, and how the relationship continued throughout the entire build-out of the center, with close support no matter how many questions came up.
