What do our customers say?

Basic Living

Örnsköldsvik · Beauty Clinic

I have been self-employed for 39 years, and I have to say that it is very rare to come across a company with someone as knowledgeable, quick to respond, accessible and service-minded as Elias at Lyfe Nordic! I wanted to invest in new lymphatic drainage equipment and chose BOA MAX 2 and Lyfe Nordic, which I have not regretted for a second. My customers notice the difference too and are EVEN happier, which confirms that I made the right investment! I can wholeheartedly recommend Lyfe Nordic and look forward to continuing our great collaboration. /Bibbi at Basic Living, Örnsköldsvik

Benefits

Why Mana Sauna?

Mana Sauna is designed so that you can get all the amazingly proven effects of sauna, at home in your own garden, with the highest quality and aesthetics.

Improved cardiovascular health

Several long-term studies from Finland show that regular sauna bathing (4—7 times a week) can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Reduced risk of dementia and Alzheimer

Men who bathed 4—7 times a week had up to 66% lower risk of developing dementia compared to those who sauntered once a week.

Improved vascular function (elasticity of the vessels)

High heat increases blood flow and causes blood vessels to relax, which can improve endothelial function, lower blood pressure, and increase oxygen and nutrient transport.

Reduced inflammation and oxidative stress

Regular sauna appears to lower levels of inflammatory markers such as CRP (C-reactive protein). This is linked to a reduced risk of chronic diseases.

Improved immune system and faster recovery

The heat stimulates the production of white blood cells, activates heat shock proteins (HSPs) and improves recovery after physical exertion.

Mental Reset & Relaxation

The high temperature lowers cortisol levels and releases endorphins that stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system -- the body's natural “rest and digest” mode.

Yes, the sauna is designed to accommodate 2-3 people comfortably, which makes it ideal for both individual sessions and joint relaxation with a partner or friend. It is optimized to fit even in smaller gardens — without compromising on comfort.

Mana Sauna is built from exclusive Canadian red cedar wood — one of the world's most durable and fragrant woods. It provides not only a beautiful aesthetic, but also natural protection from weather and wind all year round. The sauna combines premium design with functional recovery — without compromise.

Research shows that sauna bathing can improve heart health, reduce stress, lower inflammation and increase mental clarity. Mana Sauna offers all this, in the comfort of your own home. Together with the cold bath Mana 1.0, you also get the effect of contrast therapy, which takes your recovery and well-being to a new level.

Thanks to an aluminum roof and asphalt shingle panels on the outside, Mana Sauna is built to withstand rain, snow and sun. The combination with cedar wood makes the sauna both durable and basically self-cleaning, providing minimal maintenance and maximum service life.

Thanks to the Finnish-made HARVIA PC90 heater (6.8 kW, 3-phase), the sauna heats up quickly, usually in under 30 minutes. It provides an authentic sauna experience in line with Finnish sauna tradition.
