Mana 1.0 is an all-in-one cold plunge with powerful, integrated 1 HP cooling and temperature settings from 2 to 42 °C. The touchscreen makes it easy to control the entire cold plunge, from temperature and lighting to system settings. Triple filtration and a compact, matte black design make it a distinctive addition for gyms, clinics, spas and hotels offering cold exposure and recovery.
A particle filter, 20 µm paper filter and ozone sanitisation work with the skimmer for ongoing water management. Regular cleaning, water checks and filter replacement form part of the business’s routines.
Set the water temperature on the touchscreen. The same integrated system can cool and heat the water, allowing the bath to be adapted to the business’s planned approach.

The water can be cooled and heated within a range of 2–42 °C. Choose a temperature for your business’s approach and the customer’s circumstances, and check the water temperature before use.
Cooling time depends on the starting temperature, water volume, ambient temperature and use of the cover. Allow time to reach the desired temperature before the first booking. We review the conditions for your chosen location.
Yes. Plan a stable surface, ventilation, a safe electrical connection and drainage access. Outdoor use requires frost-free conditions. In freezing temperatures, drain and protect the system according to the manual or move it indoors.
Mana 1.0 connects to 220 V, 50 Hz and requires a dedicated, earthed socket suitable for wet areas, with residual-current protection. Socket placement and the electrical connection are planned before installation.

Yes. Mana 1.0 can be combined with Mana Sauna, for example, in a concept bringing together heat, cold and recovery. The business plans temperatures, order, customer flow and suitability for each customer.
The example uses five paid sessions per day, SEK 150 excluding VAT per session and a daily operating allowance of SEK 50, with 22 days per month and 11 months per year. This gives SEK 15,400 per month after the operating allowance. Staff, premises, marketing, water care, filters, servicing, financing and tax are excluded.
