Fifteen minutes in Red Light Pod
At Squeeze, clients lie in Red Light Pod for a 15-minute full-body treatment with red and near-infrared light. The light reaches the body from both above and below. Clients start the treatment and can then lie back while the programme runs and finishes automatically.
