A salon that dares to combine beauty with health – and makes sensitive needs a natural part of its offering.

HälsaHelhet

Located in Kristianstad, HälsaHelhet is a salon where beauty treatments and health-focused services live side by side – from facials and skincare to body technologies that address more than just what meets the eye. With over 2,400 reviews and an average rating of 4.8, the salon has built its reputation on personal service and always staying at the forefront of new treatment technology.

It was this ambition that led to the choice of two technologies from Lyfe Nordic: Red Light Pod and NovoChair. The red light therapy in Red Light Pod complements the salon's existing beauty and recovery offerings, using light that can support skin radiance and the body's own recovery processes – a treatment that works just as well as a standalone visit as it does in combination with the salon's other services.

NovoChair serves an entirely different function. The chair is used for pelvic floor-related issues, including incontinence – an area many are hesitant to seek help for, despite the need being common. It gives the salon the opportunity to offer a treatment that many clients actually need, but which is rarely discussed openly in the waiting room.

"NovoChair makes it easy to offer a treatment that clients actually need, but which can often feel sensitive to seek help for. The combination of discretion, simplicity, and clear business potential made it an obvious investment for us."— Maja Berg, CEO, HälsaHelhet

By daring to take a stand in an area that is often overlooked, Hälsa & Helhet has created an offering that feels both modern and thoughtful – and has strengthened its position as a salon where clients can get help with much more than what they initially came for.
