Recovery Lab chooses Lyfe Nordic as a full supplier for its recovery center.

- What is Recovery Lab?
The Recovery Lab is the recovery center of the future. It is a place where athletes and exercisers meet, for the best recovery Sweden can offer.
- What inspired you to start a wellness center like Recovery Lab, and what needs do you see it filling in Gothenburg?
It all started with me being injured, with knee and back problems. I of absolutely sure this would be in Gothenburg, so I googled but yes, it didn't exist. So I had the idea to open it myself.
- What is the vision and goals of Recovery Lab? Where do you want to be in 5 years?
The goal is for Recovery Lab to be a leader in the recovery industry in Sweden. But our goal has also always been to open a large center where we have recovery, gym and martial arts under one roof.
- What kind of experience do you want your customers to have when they visit Recovery Lab?
The biggest reaction we want from our customers is that they step into the future, almost in a science-fiction film. We also want them to feel like it's familial and for them to have that feeling that they want to come back to us all the time.
- How do you see the future of wellness and recovery in Sweden, and what role do you want Recovery Lab to play in that development?
The development in terms of health in Sweden, we feel that it is only going upwards, especially after covid. And of course we want Recovery Lab to be a leader in the industry. And with proper recovery comes better performance, and with better performance, people succeed better in their goals.
- What made you choose Lyfe Nordic as your full supplier for Recovery Lab?
It started with our visit to Primal Health in Halmstad, which has inspired us a lot to open Recovery Lab in Gothenburg. The owner Daniel there recommended Lyfe Nordic to us, so we contacted them and then we met in Malmö, and after the first meeting we just said click. And then we thought we'd run into these beautiful and handsome guys!
- How has your relationship with Lyfe Nordic developed during the planning of the centre, and how has the communication and support influenced your decision?
The relationship has progressed, we can probably call each other friends today!
- Why did you choose these technologies — PowerCab, Red Light Pod Pro, Mitovit, Mana and HyperPod? What do you hope they will contribute to your customers?
We just chose the PowerCab cryo chamber because it was the first thing we saw at Primal Health, and then we said we had to have it. Then in the case of Red Light Pod Pro, research has come so far with red light therapy so we felt that if we're going to have a recovery center, we have to have red light therapy. And if we had it, we would take the best on the market, and that's what Lyfe Nordic could offer us.
Mitovit is the machine we will have that can greatly increase your performance, as it simulates high-altitude training, and we really wanted that. Being a martial artist myself, I know how important fitness is, so we thought that this will be an important pillar in our company. As for the cold bath, we first wanted another brand, but when we heard that Lyfe Nordic was going to launch its own cold bath, we immediately thought yes but this one is a thousand times better. So we drive it on. And pressure chamber (hyberbaric oxygen therapy) we have seen on Joe Rogan, UFC Countdown that all athletes use it in the USA so it also felt like a given choice in our offer.
! 9. How important was Lyfe Nordic's expertise in wellness and recovery technology when choosing a supplier for the centre?
It was very important actually, we felt they could do their thing and that was one of the things that we stuck to with them. They were very well-read about all the machines, treatments and how they affect people's lives for the better.
! 10. How would you describe the availability and support when it comes to answering questions and resolving any concerns during the project?
It has been great, they have never made us feel awkward, even if we have felt it ourselves because we call the block with questions. But they have answered all calls, all texts and if they have not been able to answer they have always called as soon as they can. So they've been very good at it actually.
! 11. What would you say to others who are considering a partnership with Lyfe Nordic?
We would definitely recommend people to cooperate with Lyfe Nordic, especially if you are going to buy these types of technologies.
